The Floor’s the Limit
West Flooring’s high-end products needed a matching high-end website. Its existing site was nothing more than contact information and a smattering of drab photos. Working with West Flooring's marketing lead, I consulted on the site’s layout and wrote all of the copy. I also interviewed company executives, including founder and CEO, Peter West, researched competitors, and surveyed the market to triangulate West Flooring’s unique brand position. The results of this work are seen in its current site, which promotes the artistic/creative background of Mr. West—an attribute almost always lacking in the average flooring company.
