It's Gotta Be the Sauce

When Bertolli wanted to feature a line of upmarket Gold Label sauces on their website, they asked me to write two long-form recipes that appealed to a premium-seeking demographic. The client's desired tone for the articles was somewhere between Bon Appétit and an indie foodie magazine. Their ultimate goal was to establish and concretize a connection between the Gold Label's artisanal ingredients and Bertolli's Italian heritage.
